Michelle brings 15+ years of experience as a global executive organizational leader and consultant in learning, talent and technology for IT, healthcare and pharma industries. She’s dedicated to employee and customer success and is a demonstrated transformation expert in change management, engagement strategy and talent development, helping companies bridge gaps between workforce performance and business bottom line to enable operational excellence and continuous growth.

As an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College in Data Science & Analytics, she designs and teaches virtual graduate level programs on foundations of data usage and organizational competencies of leadership in multiple industries, currently teaching US Healthcare Ecosystems.  She serves as a consultant developing marketing strategies for enrollment and as an expert panel speaker on post-graduation job opportunities, career paths and hierarchical growth in Healthcare Analytics.

Michelle holds her M.S. degree in Engineering & Operations Management from University of New Haven and a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from Rhode Island College.  She is certified in Six Sigma and Program Management.
