Senior Support Manager
Shannon Allen proudly serves as the Sr. Support Manager for COX. She effectively coordinates the facilitation and implementation of various company and departmental initiatives, while working closely with our Managing Partner.
After attending San Jose State University, Shannon has earned leadership roles surrounding project management, financial services, real estate, and corporate sales. Always demonstrating complete professionalism, she utilizes over 20 years of professional experience to assist in the continuous growth of COX’s presence within the eLearning industry.
