Kristine is a Masters-prepared professional with over 14 years of strong management and administrative background, along with multi-site and international experience. Kristine's primary experience stems from her background as a paralegal for the United States Air Force and for various civilian law firms, specializing primarily in employment law. Her accomplishments include successfully evaluating over 100 paralegals and she was able to maintain a less than 10% turnover within the legal industry. She has incorporated law firms-military partnerships from concept development through implementation at multiple sites. She has actively developed and facilitated in-house continuing legal education programs and web-based training for OJT, soft skills and management and leadership theories.
Her areas of expertise are employee/labor relations, employment law, recruitment, wage and labor laws, training and development, HR policy design, performance management, conflict resolution and organizational development.
