Jennifer McLain received her liberal arts degree at UC Santa Cruz and has over 15 years experience in customer service. She previously worked at a call center on and off beginning in high school and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor. There, she performed evaluations to help improve agents' tone of voice to sound more positive and friendly.
Jennifer is currently developing similar training for the COX telesales representatives.
Jennifer also manages the telephones, performs administrative and data entry tasks, assists with recruitment activities, manages trade show activities, performs light telesales, updates and maintains documents, and performs internet research.
