Ed has over thirty (30) years of information technology expertise in a diverse variety of enterprise systems. He is a goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities and is able to direct projects through the systems development life cycle. He has consulted and implemented a variety of network systems, developed factory management database for a Fortune 10 manufacturing company, as well as created a plan for call center upgrade for a large investor-owned public utility.
Ed currently provides project management certification courses and project management services to various COX clients. He has an MBA in Technology Management, a BS in Business Economics and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Computer Professional (CCP) and Six Sigma Black Belt.
